How The Squat Perfecter Started

I was an athletic kid and in good physical condition. As an adult, when I started my career, I had less time to maintain my physical conditioning. As the years went by I noticed a few body parts morphing into flab, especially my inner thighs, hamstrings, and butt. I decided to increase my physical activities by jogging, practicing yoga, swimming, and lots of walking. My diet also changed in an effort restore my body, but none of that gave me the results I wanted.

I reluctantly joined a gym and started one of many strength training programs. My trainer told me I needed to do squats to target those flabby areas. I started doing squats on a squat rack and saw results; however, I eventually injured my back in the process. I discovered there are many injuries surrounding squats; many of those injuries are caused by poor or improper form. Proper form is not always teachable. Every person has most all of the same body parts, but those parts don't always bend or align the way one wants them to bend or align.

In order for me to commit, I needed a sustainable workout that targets the glute muscles in the convenience of my own dwelling. I needed to do “perfect” squats at home. After many years and multiple iterations, I introduce to you the Squat Perfecter. The Squat Perfecter will give you the benefits of performing squats, while minimizing your exposure to injuries!
